Dr. Joelle Lieman is Board Certified in the practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced in the greater Boston area for over 15 years. Her unique perspective on the effects of aging on the body and skin led Dr. Lieman to the specialized field of aesthetics a decade ago. Dr. Lieman realized her vision of opening a unique, specialized luxury Medspa — Elite Medspa + Wellness Center, where she and her staff of highly trained, exacting professionals provide a personalized and reassuring approach to aesthetic medicine by using the most sophisticated, cutting edge technologies and techniques. Through a prescribed customized plan, Dr. Lieman enhances the best version of each patient to feel their most confident.

Optimal Wellness MD, the medical practice of Dr. Joseph Kaye and his associates was founded in 2009 to meet a clear need: Patients want to achieve optimal health and wellness at all ages – even to slow or reverse the symptoms of ageing. We strive to provide the means for patients to achieve these goals. We offer services that include conventional Internal Medicine, but also integrate the latest in Preventive and Age Management Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Functional Medicine. We operate a successful weight loss center and are well known for our expertise in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) for men and women. We are one of the few practices to offer Bio-identical Hormone Pellet therapy for men and women and have treated hundreds of patients with this technique. We are now offering several revolutionary treatments for Erectile Dysfunction and Male Enhancement such as the Acoustic Shockwave Treatment for Erectile Dysfunction which induces rejuvenation of the penile blood vessels and tissues, combined with PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), also known as the “P-Shot.” P-Shot Injections provide growth factors to rejuvenate the cells of the penis and increase size and can improve Peyronie’s Disease. Dr. Kaye received his Bachelors in Science, Magna Cum Laude from Pennsylvania State University and graduated with honors from Jefferson Medical College in 1989. He has completed a Surgery Internship, is Board-Certified in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, and has obtained extensive postgraduate training and certification in Integrative and Holistic Medicine and Anti-Aging Medicine and Functional Medicine. He is a member of the Sigma Xi and Alpha Omega Alpha scientific and medical honor societies, a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Emergency Physicians, the Massachusetts Medical Society, the American Holistic Medical Association and the Institute for Functional Medicine. Dr. Kaye has treated over 15,000 patients during his medical career and is currently managing the care of approximately 800 patients at Optimal Wellness MD.
