Dr Janella Thomas-Burse is a practicing gynecologist in Atlanta, GA with over 30 years experience and co-founder of Better Health Greater Life, LLC. She specializes in the full scope of gynecology and has a particular interest in menopause and andropause, collaborating with her patients to support them to become their best selves in all aspects of their lives. She is a native of Atlanta and completed her BS in genetics at the University of Georgia, her MD degree at Morehouse School of Medicine and her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Wayne State University/Detroit Medical Center. Her most recent award was that of Physician of the Year by the Atlanta Medical Association in 2025. She is married to Luther Burse, Jr, a gastroenterologist and has three grown children.
